Nathan Gluchman Achieves Eagle
Troop 35 is proud to announce that Nathan Gluchman is our newest Eagle Scout. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement! Nathan shares his words of wisdom:
What does Troop 35 mean to you?
I recognize Troop 35 as a home. Not to just have fun or mess around for 90 minutes. It is a balance of bonding time and skill development, in which the vast majority of skills will be used in the real world.
What does it mean to you to be an Eagle Scout?
To me it means that any end goal is possible no matter the obstacle. An Eagle Scout is a rare form of leadership that not many have the opportunity to live up to.
What advice do you have for other scouts who want to earn the rank of Eagle Scout?
Anything is possible with enough effort. Scouting isn’t for those who live an idle life. There are many chances that you will make unforgettable memories. If you are truthfully interested, show your interest by committing yourself to the colossal end goal.
