It’s WREATH Time!!
Hello Scout families!
Trucks arrive on Friday with the Wreath merchandise and we need your help to unload. Our first truck is to arrive between 9-10 am. We do not yet have an arrival time for the second truck. Anyone that may be available anytime on Friday, please email Mrs. W. and let her know your availability. We will compile a list and call with exact times when we get them. Wreath Distribution 2012
When: Saturday November 17th
Where: Winfield Church
Time: 8:45 am Start time until finished
Scouts, this is your fundraiser! All scouts are required to help with sorting and distributing! All presale merchandise will be sorted and loaded into your cars, after that, the Retail items will be loaded onto the trailers for our Retail sale. Scouts are expected to stay and help until dismissed by a Wreath Leader. It is an all-in and everyone help event! Many hands make quick work. Approximate finish time 11:30am. Notes: Bring work gloves and wear old outerwear to avoid dirt/pine sap.
