It’s hard to believe that summer is close to an end, where did it go?

Believe it or not school is just around the corner as well as the Fall Court of Honor and advancement. The scouts worked hard at summer camp and the months leading up up to camp working on advancement requirements for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class rank advancement.

Last night at PLC, the scouts planned time to check in and check up with the first year scouts to make sure they are moving forward. Please bring your scout book to the next meeting on Tuesday, 8/14 and every meeting, for that matter. Once scouts have met the requirements for the rank, they’ll need to schedule a scoutmaster conference, and then, a board of review.

It’s a great time to be a scout, and it’s a great time be a boy!

Enjoy the last few days of summer – go to the pool, get outside, play, and enjoy the warm weather!
