Scouts from Troop 35 traveled to Platteville, Wisc. to tour the 1845 Bevans Lead-Zinc Mine. They visited a museum and watched the National Guard documentary, Dawn of the Red Arrow. Below is a photo of scouts at the mine’s elevator.
Scouts from Troop 35 camped at the Warren Dunes in Michigan to celebrate summer. They swam in Lake Michigan, climbed the dunes and had a blast.
Troop 35 discovered beautiful geodes on their latest camping trip. The scouts traveled to the St. Francisville Geode Mine in St. Francisville, Mo. Take a look at some of their treasures:
