Troop 35 announces latest Eagle Scout

Congratulations to Eric Richmond, Troop 35’s newest Eagle Scout. Because of the pandemic, Eric had his Eagle Board of Review virtually with members of the Three Fires Council and Troop 35’s committee. He says it means a lot to achieve Eagle, as it shows perseverance and character, plus love and dedication to scouting, especially Troop 35.

“Troop 35 has been and always will be a second home for me. The atmosphere and the people there really make it seem like a family. There is a ton of support from everyone.”

Eric Richmond, Eagle Scout, Troop 35

His advice to younger scouts wanting to achieve Eagle Scout?

“Never stop and rest. Never give up, and get to Eagle as fast as you can.”

Congratulations Eric! Troop 35 looks forward to celebrating with you in person soon.
